Peptide Tracker Spreadsheet
You can close the spreadsheet with one tab too many. This peptide tracker spreadsheet keeps date, time, site, amount entered, unit, vial, and notes, and your log lives on this device. Download the free CSV template below and open it in any spreadsheet app.

If you want a sheet, start with the empty CSV. It opens in any spreadsheet app and starts with no amounts filled in.
If you'd rather use the browser version, Open the web log uses the same columns and exports them too. The free list is simple: calculators, the log, one schedule, sites, and CSV export.
What each column is for
Each column records one small fact. Keep the labels plain, and use the same wording each time.
The full column list is right under this heading. Read it left to right, like a note on the counter.
Spreadsheet or web log?
A sheet is flexible. You can sort it, filter it, and keep extra tabs if that's how you work.
The web log is tighter. It uses the same basic fields, and your log lives on this device.
Free
Free covers the basics. You get calculators, the log, one schedule, sites, and CSV export.
The free web log also exports the same columns as the sheet. If you start in a spreadsheet, you can move to the free web log later without changing the structure of your notes.
Pro
Pro adds user-set reminders and vial run-out dates. It keeps the same plain log, with the extra tools around it.
Use it if those two details matter to your routine. Skip it if the sheet already does enough.
What a log can do that a sheet cannot
A linked log can tie each entry back to a vial. That lets it show how much is left and when the vial ends.
If you want the arithmetic on its own, the vial run-out calculator does that part directly. If you want a visual record of places used, the site map and rotation log fits that job better than a plain grid.
Printable version
Some people still want paper. There is a free PDF version if you want something you can print and keep nearby.
Use Download the CSV (free) if you want a full sheet. If you mostly need quick references, these printable charts may fit better.

Questions
Is there a free spreadsheet that can track peptides?
Yes. The free CSV template on this page opens in any spreadsheet app.
It has columns for date, time, site, amount entered, unit, vial, and notes. It starts empty. The free web tracker exports the same columns.
How do you track peptides?
Record the same few facts every time: date and time, site, the amount you entered, the vial it came from, and a note. A spreadsheet works for that.
A log that links each entry to a vial can show how much is left. It can also show when the vial ends.
What is the best peptide tracker?
It's the one you'll keep using. Check four things: the log is free, your data stays on your device unless you choose otherwise, you can export it, and the price shows before you pay.
